If you have discovered a technique to triple your website traffic that requires little or no work, that is a best selling ebook. Focus on problems and how to solve them. Visit forums and find out what people are complaining about.

If you have a solution, or if you can do enough research to find a solution; that is a subject for your next ebook. And I can almost guarantee you that it will sell much more than your last ebook.
