At the RSA Conference in San Francisco in 2007 it was learned that the number one complaint of US citizens for fraud was Identity Theft and the number keeps climbing. The number one way that people have their identity stolen is through the Internet. Consumers must be educated on safe surfing and thus someone should study this topic and decide to write an eBook on Internet Fraud and Freedom in the Balance.

Internet Fraud is a subject on everyone's mind and we have all been reading about it in the news All the presenters papers for RSA Convention, Federal Trade Commission and the EU documents on Internet Abuse and Fraud seem to point to the need to educate consumers, but how can we if no one writes and promotes a book for the public on this subject?

Surely there is someone out there who has previously written 50 or more articles on related topics including; Identity theft, online fraud BizOps, phishing, spam, spyware, malware, covered. Issues with personal privacy, government, EU, Internet II, ISPs not coming clean, China, hackers, sploggers and of course the Freedom to Communicate. We need to find someone like that and tell them write such a book. Most people will agree that this is a very important topic indeed.

To protect our family and ourselves from Internet Fraud and abuse we all should read such a book. But first we need an author, will you write this book for us? I certainly hope this article is of interest and that is has propelled thought. The goal is simple; to help you in your quest to be the best in 2007.
