The only bad thing about this book is that it is so loaded with information that it can be a little overwhelming. The first week I bought it I almost gave up on the techniques because of the information overload. I talked to one of the forum members who offered me great advise and broke things down for me. I have also talked to Holly numerous amounts of time. This forum is so helpful. Everyone is there to help one another to be successful and to offer advise.
